Delivery of the ordered Products will be arranged after the order is fully paid. You acknowledge that delivery service is provided by third parties, mainly national post services, and agree that delivery terms are approximate and are not guaranteed by us. Shipping in the USA: We do ship everywhere in the USA via UPS and USPS (small packages only). Standard delivery is free for all orders within the contiguous 48 United States. Note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
Shipping outside the USA: We also provide a free standard shipping for deliveries in the outside of United States by UPS ground. All delivery dates are approximate due to customs formalities. You may cancel your order and ask a full payment refund within 48 hours after placing order on our website. Please send your requests about order cancelation and refund to support@blockfos.com no later than 48 hours after placed order otherwise we can’t accept your request.
In case if your payment was made via Bitcoin or Bank wire transfer, we will process a refund within 48 hours after received your request by our support team.
In case if your payment was made a via Credit or Debit card, we will initiate a refund within 48 hours after received your request by our support team but the refund can take up to 30 days in depends on beneficiary bank.
