Delivery of the ordered Products will be arranged after the order is fully paid. You acknowledge that delivery service is provided by third parties, mainly national post services, and agree that delivery terms are approximate and are not guaranteed by us. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the ordered Products starting from the originally estimate date delivery date. You also acknowledge that we are not liable for any damage done to the Products during the process of their delivery.
We usually handle all stock orders within 48 hours.
Shipping in the USA: We do ship everywhere in the USA via UPS and USPS (small packages only). Standard delivery is free for all orders within the contiguous 48 United States. Note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.
Shipping outside the USA: We also provide a free standard shipping for deliveries in the outside of United States by UPS ground. All delivery dates are approximate due to customs formalities. Sorry, we do not ship to U.S. Army Post Office (APO) addresses or to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria.
A tracking number will follow by email soon after you have placed your order. We try to respect the delivery date shown; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties that are not within our control (carriers, customs, etc.).
By ordering the Products through the Site you accept the Terms and Conditions and indemnify us against any costs, loss and/or liability related to late delivery of the Products, or failure to deliver the Products by third parties, or damage done to the Products during delivery.

Occasionally parcels are returned to us/third parties as undeliverable. We will re-dispatch your order but any and all additional charges shall be borne by you. We will contact you in due course in case the parcel is returned as undeliverable. You are entitled to initiate an investigation process with us if the shipping status satisfies at least one of the following conditions: 1) package does not leave country of origin in ninety days, or 2) package does not appear on foreign tracking in ninety days. The investigation process may take up to ten weeks after you initiate it, due to processing time at the post office in the country of origin. Communication between you and us is essential during the investigation period to keep information on delivery status up to date.

You may cancel your order and ask a full payment refund within 48 hours after placing order on our website. Please send your requests about order cancelation and refund to support@blockfos.com no later than 48 hours after placed order otherwise we can’t accept your request.
In case if your payment was made via Bitcoin or Bank wire transfer, we will process a refund within 48 hours after received your request by our support team.
In case if your payment was made a via Credit or Debit card, we will initiate a refund within 48 hours after received your request by our support team but the refund can take up to 30 days in depends on beneficiary bank.
If you received a tracking number it means that we successfully process your order and cancelation would not be accepted.
